Mesa Management, Inc. is a full-service management company with over 40 years experience in property management services. Mesa Management specializes in multi-family communities, senior communities and commercial retail/office sites across California.

Our property management team consists of dedicated real estate management professionals, friendly managers, energetic leasing consultants, experienced maintenance supervisors and technicians and an expert in-house construction workforce ("CapX"). We strive for excellence in providing premier services to our clients, prospects and current residents. We are adept at meeting the demands of today's complex real estate markets.

Mesa's host of management services includes: extensive marketing services, lease-up implementation, competition analysis, contract administration and IT services. Additionally, our CapX team provides in-house construction services that include project assessments, project management and project rehabilitation. Our CapX team is comprised of dedicated and experienced individuals who have managed and completed over $6M in construction in the last 5 years.
