Three G Development, LLC is the division of G Companies that specializes in real estate acquisition, land planning and land development. Founded by principles of three generations of Southern California real estate developers, Three G Development has over 70 years of development and project management expertise. We have collectively built over 60,000 homes and 7,000 apartments, and over a million square feet of commercial and retail space in California and the Southwestern United States.

With this much experience, it should come as no surprise that Three G Development and the G Companies affiliates have planned and constructed virtually every type of residence: from homes for first time homebuyers to more luxurious homes in gated, ocean-view communities. Our team has built and sold condominiums, townhomes, single-family, semi-custom and multi-family homes.

Three G has mastered land planning and are well versed in maneuvering the various municipal and state departments required to push land project through to approval. Aligned with the best consultants, engineers and architects in the real estate industry, Three G, designs award winning housing products that every City seeks to be made part of their community.

In 2006, the team executed the design and jurisdictional approval of a master plan community in Desert Hot Springs, California which consisted of 2400 homes, 10 gated communities for every type of home buyer including a subdivision for active living seniors. This master plan also included a fire station, a school site, and sport-park.

Three G was also awarded a contract with the City of Murrieta to complete capital improvements to Los Alamos Road, one of the city’s main corridors. The construction work included storm drain improvements, road expansions and park improvements. Three G not only completed improvements on time, but one million under budget!

Most recently we completed the construction of a subdivision in the City of San Juan Capistrano, with semi-custom ranch style homes, which netted a profit in excess of 10%.

From the acquisition of a new property to the final escrow closing, each of our developments is a sign of G Companies thoughtful approach to planning.
